All plot prices, installment plans, down payments, and inventory availability published on this website are compiled from official developer releases and prevailing market data for informational guidance. While we strive to maintain real-time accuracy:

• All prices and payment structures are subject to change without prior notice as per developer notifications.
• Plot availability is subject to real-time sales and confirmation at the time of official booking file issuance.
• Government taxes, CVT, advance tax, registration charges, and transfer fees are determined by relevant statutory authorities and developer transfer bylaws.
